Before returning to WABC in 2018, Ryan’s first stint with the network was in September 2002, when she joined WABC-TV. At the time, Ryan was the weekend morning sports reporter and anchor. However, she had interned and served at several media networks in the initial stages of her career including WBAB Babylon, and WFAN New York. Ryan then moved to ESPN with a position as a full-time sideline reporter. While serving at ABC Sports and ESPN, Ryan covered a few national sporting tournaments and events such as Sunday Night Baseball, NHL on ANC, Home Run Derby, College Football, 2005 Monday Night Football, and Little League World Series.
After spells with ABC and ESPN, Ryan also worked for CBS Sports as a top contributor covering the NFL and the Men’s Basketball Championship, NCAA.
