Jessica began her career at CNN in October 2018. She began as a general reporter before moving up the ladder to become Washington’s correspondent for CNN. Jessica then became the CNN correspondent for Capitol Hill. In this role, Jessica reported on President Joe Biden’s presidential campaign, accompanying the president for nearly two years, during which she traversed the entire country during a global pandemic. Jessica also reported from the Democratic National Convention in Delaware, which covered the presidential debates and President Biden’s transition.
Before joining CNN, Dean had previously worked as a general reporter for KNWA-KFTA in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She served with the media station in Fort Smith for two years before leaving for CBS.
